GuardianPlus – our new 24/7 emergency response service

Today we're very excited to announce our GuardianPlus Service. With GuardianPlus, your staff are protected 24/7 by a team of accredited responders, wherever and whenever they are using Safepoint.

If one of your workers requests help, or is unresponsive, the GuardianPlus team will handle the response, every step of the way.

How do I use GuardianPlus?

If you’re new to Safepoint, you can get started within minutes. Just create an account, add some important details, invite your staff to join, and then upgrade to the GuardianPlus Plan.

Once your account is up and running, your staff can start using tasks using the Safepoint App. As soon as a task is started, your staff will be synced with our team of expert Guardians.

Should an emergency arise, the GuardianPlus team will attempt to make contact with the staff member, before contacting your assigned emergency contacts and then, if they have exhausted all other options, they will liaise with the emergency services.

All the while, the GuardianPlus team will be able to use up-to-date location and safety information from the app. You can find out more about the GuardianPlus team and their accreditations, here.

If you are already using Safepoint, you can easily upgrade to the GuardianPlus package. If you would prefer to manage your team’s safety yourself, you can of course stay on the self-managed ‘Standard’ package.

See all of our plans on our pricing page, or get in touch for more information.

The Sum Up

GuardianPlus is probably the most important addition we’ve ever made to the Safepoint platform –it makes it so easy for organisations to protect their workers safety, and to meet lone working guidelines. We look forward to hearing what you all think.
