How our GuardianPlus lone worker protection works

What happens when an alarm is triggered?

If one of your staff is injured or unresponsive, an alarm will be sent to our expert response team, who will immediately jump into action.

The response team’s first role is to try and get in touch with the worker and confirm if they need emergency assistance.

What if our team cannot get through to the lone worker?

If our response team cannot reach the worker, they will notify the worker’s supervisors to discuss the next steps of the response.

If at any point, our response team feel that there is a genuine emergency, they are trained and qualified to liaise with the emergency services.

As our ARC has a direct line of communication with the emergency services, they can get help more quickly than if called in by a member of the public.

Staff safety solutions –trusted by great organisations of all sizes

From social care to engineering, hospitality to renewables, we’ve got you covered. Here are just some of the companies that protect their lone workers and at-risk staff with Safepoint:

“Safepoint allows us to track the progress of our delivery drivers and respond swiftly to any calls for support”

–Lee Hammond, East of England Co-op’s Head of Security,

A market-leading ARC meets a powerful lone worker solution

Manual and automatic alarms at your fingertips

Though our lone working app and our wearable panic alarms, users have multiple ways to raise the alarm.

Not only can users manually call for help at the touch of a button, Safepoint will also detect if the user has had a fall or if they have failed to check in within an allotted time.

Whatever the reason, Safepoint’s expert response team will jump into action within seconds.

A faster and more informed emergency response

Safepoint users can choose to add their medical data and identification details.

Our response team can provide this, alongside the user’s live location and safety status, when liasing with the emergency services.

Keep track of emergency situations as they develop

Our lone worker solutions are not just brilliant at detecting emergencies, they’re also perfect for monitoring them.

When an alarm is triggered it will simultaneously be sent to our 24/7 response team as well as your assigned supervisors.

Your supervisors can then follow all the updates via their app or desktop. They can even “take over” from the ARC if they want to handle it internally.
