New Feature: Team Broadcast

We’d like to introduce our latest feature: Team Broadcast! Team broadcast allows you to message your entire team quickly and easily through the Guardian Portal. Messages can be sent via text, email or both.

Team broadcast was one of our most requested features of 2019. You asked for a simple, quick way to get a message out and we have been working hard to get it up to the Safepoint standard.

How it works

To send a Team Broadcast, simply go to your Guardian Portal and click on your team. Once inside your team page, you’ll see your new ‘Dashboard’ tab.

Note: Keep an eye on your team dashboards, we’re going to be bringing a lot of new dashboard features to you very soon.

From here you can choose whether you want to send a message via SMS or email, or both. We even break down how many SMS messages this will use.

Note: You need to enable the SMS subscription add-on in the company settings. Then you need to enable SMS team broadcasts in the team settings
