Safepoint now supports single sign-on with Google and Microsoft accounts, in both the Safepoint lone worker app and the Safepoint web portal.
Users can sign in with their existing company credentials rather than setting up and remembering a separate Safepoint password.
Most people are already signed into a Google or Microsoft account for their work email. Using the same one for Safepoint means there is no second password to set up, store or reset.
Signing into Safepoint is not something anyone does often. Once you are in, you stay in. It comes up on a first setup, or when somebody changes phone or reinstalls the app, and those are exactly the moments a password set months earlier is hardest to remember.
Single sign-on with Google and Microsoft is available now to all customers, in both the Safepoint lone worker app and the web portal.
