What is a license?
Each license you purchase covers a single person to use Safepoint, either as a worker or a guardian. Our Lone Worker Device comes with its own license included.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made by card, direct debit, or invoice. If you want to purchase any of our solutions and don’t see an option to pay in the way you want, please get in touch.
Is there a minimum company size?
If you are purchasing a Lone Worker Device or Lone Worker App with 24/7 Monitoring, you only need one license. This is because our 24/7 Monitoring team act as your guardians and can handle any alerts for you.
If you want to use the Safepoint App on the Self-Monitored plan, you will need at least two licenses (one for the worker and one for your in-house guardian).
